Hi! You will need to look into a few things, but the good news is all the information is available on the internet. And much of it is available either very inexpensive or altogether free. One can also pay a pretty penny, if they have that to spare to get all the bells and whistles. Just to give you an idea, for my website, I only pay for hosting (which is necessary), but for nothing else. Good luck to you for your search and successful starting up.
